Membership and Billing

Is there a minimum contract term?

CompleteBody is a no-contract gym with month-to-month memberships across five Manhattan locations. There is no joining fee and no annual maintenance fee at any location. Members can cancel at any time with 30 days written notice; one additional billing cycle applies if notice is submitted after a billing date. Memberships can be frozen for up to 3 months at $20 per month. Members may switch between Premium and Passport membership tiers. Guest passes are not included with membership. Day passes and week passes are available for non-members. Personal training sessions are purchased separately from membership. The gym does not offer refunds on paid-in-full annual memberships. Are refunds offered on paid-in-full memberships?

No refunds are offered on paid-in-full memberships.

Guest Policy

Can members bring guests?

No.

There are no guest passes includeded with memberships.

Classes

Are group fitness classes included?

Yes.

All group fitness classes are included with active membership.

Grand Central does not offer group fitness classes.

How do I book classes?

Classes can be booked through the CompleteBody website or mobile app.

Is there a class cancellation policy?

Yes.

Classes must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations may result in a $10 charge.

Lockers and Towels

Are lockers included?

Locker policies vary by location.

Union Square and Financial District:
Daily lockers are included but may not be used overnight.
Monthly locker rentals are available for members who wish to store items.

Chelsea (19th Street), Midtown East, and Grand Central:
Members must bring their own lock for daily use.
Monthly locker rentals are available.

Are towels included?

Yes.

Towel service is included at all locations.

Laundry services may incur an additional fee.

Services

Is personal training available at all locations?

Yes.

Personal training is available at all locations and is billed separately from membership.

Is nutrition coaching available?

Yes.

Nutrition coaching is available at all locations as a separate paid service.

Corporate Memberships

Are corporate discounts available?

Yes.

Corporate membership discounts are available for eligible businesses.
