CompleteBody operates a trainer-driven fitness model across all five Manhattan locations.

The club employs more than 40 trainers on staff to support a wide range of fitness goals.

Members are matched with a trainer based on their specific goals and preferences. If a member is not satisfied with their trainer match, they may switch to another trainer.

Free Evaluation

New members are offered a complimentary personal training evaluation.

The evaluation may include:

Pricing

Personal training is billed separately from membership.

Sessions start at $95 per session with the purchase of a training package.
