CBXT is a semi-private, multi-station circuit training class built for efficiency and results. Each session moves through timed stations, combining strength, conditioning, and active recovery to keep intensity high and rest minimal.
At each station, you perform two exercises for 45 seconds with 15 seconds of rest between movements. Stations are separated by an active recovery exercise, keeping your body moving while managing fatigue. Every minute is intentional. No wasted time.
