The key to success is persistence and consistency. These are THE first two things Itay understood in the army. With that being said, that’s not all. After 9 years of working out, Itay realized one thing, if he want’s to get serious results he need to do some serious training. Itay needed a trainer to properly push him more than he could by myself someone who know more then him, someone that already went through the same journey he needed to go through. And guess what? he was right. After 6 months of training with a personal trainer Itay saw more results and an increase in strength. This is when he decided to become a personal trainer. His goal is to help others get healthier, stronger, and to become the best version of themselves. So rest assured. with analytics, we will crush your goals in no time!
