About Pedro

Born and raised in Queens, NY, Pedro began his fitness journey in 2010. Like many people, the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted his routine and led to significant weight gain. Determined to regain control of his health, Pedro committed to consistent training and smarter nutrition, ultimately losing 60 pounds and transforming both his body and mindset.

Through years of personal experience, Pedro learned that lifting heavier isn’t always the smartest approach. After dealing with injuries, he shifted his focus to hypertrophy based training methods that build muscle effectively while prioritizing longevity and injury prevention.

Today, Pedro is passionate about helping others achieve sustainable results. Drawing from both his personal transformation and evidence based training principles, he brings empathy, practical insight, and strategic programming to every client he works with.
