

With 8 years of training experience and a background in Taekwondo, Muay Thai, basketball, and endurance sports, Theo brings a well-rounded and functional approach to fitness. What started as a goal to build strength for sports quickly became a lifelong passion.
After transforming himself from a weak, slightly overweight teenager into a strong and capable athlete, Theo understands firsthand the discipline and mindset required to change both body and life. Today, he’s dedicated to helping clients lose fat, build muscle, and redefine what they believe is possible for themselves.
